Bio

Francisco brings a wealth of experience in design, innovation, and education to his role as Industrial Designer in residence at the New England Innovation Academy. With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from De La Salle Bajio University and a Master's in Innovation of Service and Experiences Business from ICON University, Francisco has a strong foundation in both theory and practice.

His journey in the field has been marked by diverse experiences, including groundbreaking work at the forefront of additive manufacturing technology in Mexico and founding his own company consulting entrepreneurs in the development of innovative products for market. Francisco's passion for education shines through his extensive teaching experience, having led classes in design, creativity, and technology at various universities in Mexico.

As a prototyping-specialized mentor at multiple Mexican business incubators, Francisco has nurtured the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs. His dedication to empowering youth extended to his role as Digital Education Consultant to Leon’s Youth Institute, where he spearheaded the development of a Makerspace and crafted curriculum to equip Guanajuato's youth with essential digital skills.

Francisco's expertise has been sought after in academic circles, where he has delivered conferences and workshops on technology and design at prominent universities across Mexico. Today, he channels his passion for interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation into his role at the New England Innovation Academy, where he serves as a catalyst for transformative educational experiences.
